Orders placed take one to three business days to ship If item is in stock and not on pre order. Weekends and holidays are excluded. 

Order processing time for Cut & Sew Collection

Processing of Made to order pieces such as cut and sew or limited collections vary from 5-10 business days as each of these items are hand made. Please order at least two weeks in advance to when garment is needed.

All domestic ordered are shipped via USPS. Once order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Order should arrive  approximately 2-3 business days.If package is lost or delayed please contact the postal service and make a claim.

Pre order items have a various delivery dates please read descriptions thoroughly to ensure the delivery will be within the time you want. 

All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges can be made within 4 days of delivery. Item must be in same condition it was sent. Bamn.NYC has the right to refuse return or refund  if item appears worn, damaged or in improper condition.
